	Map Search Our preferred search page. It is good for people looking for the most simplified way of searching and are just interested in what’s around a certain area or maybe want to switch around from area to area quickly. You also have basic filtering functionality for price, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. This is the same format we use for our iPhone App.
	Basic Search A simplified search including the essentials such a price, number of bedrooms, cities, etc. You should consider this if you don’t need any of the search functions of the Advanced Search.
	Advanced Search This search is for people who need more options than the Basic Search, such as pools, lot size, county, etc. This is exactly the same as the Basic Search, but has more search features.
