A. Of course! With Ambiance Realty, you are never alone! Our broker is always available to answer your phone calls, text messages, and emails personally. You may also find answers to your questions in our Agent Center or Transaction Manager.

A. No. We would not waste your time like that. You will get information by emails, phone calls, or even text messages to your cell phone.

A. The only charges you will incur are the transaction fees of the program you choose. The broker pays the E&O insurance fee, and there are no hidden fees, franchise fees, office fees, joining fees, or any other fees!

A. The monthly fee on some of the commission plans will help Ambiance Realty to pay for the costs associated with providing the agents with E&O insurance, the online tools, etc. Agents selling at a low volume may also opt for a “no monthly fee” plan.

A. On our transaction manager, you will upload all the transaction documents and submit a funding request. In a sale transaction, a CDA (Commission Disbursement Authorization) will be sent to the title company authorizing them to cut your commission directly to you in funding. In a lease transaction, the commission will be paid to Ambiance Realty, and your check will be provided to you from the broker.

A. No. We do not put any pressure on agents to sell. Ambiance Realty’s agents can choose if they work Full Time, Part Time, or not at all.

A. No. You don’t need to buy your own yard signs. You can use our big and beautiful yard signs with a deposit that is returned to you in full when you bring back the sign. Use with it your name riders to get calls from people passing by your property! You can also buy your own yard signs from our sign vendors using the sign templates available in the Agent Center.
