An Individually-Branded iPhone App

Every Ambiance Realty agent gets their individual “agent code” for the iPhone App. The agent then gives all of their clients that own have an iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad a download link for the app along with the code. Clients using the code will have the agent’s contact information always displayed at the top of their screen. If they click the agent’s contact information, the client will be able to contact the agent by phone or email.

 

Professional Signs

Our agents get to borrow signs from us for free. If the sign is returned, (without physical damage, of course) the agent gets their deposit back in full. Agents also have the option of having their own signs made with their own picture and phone number on them. For commercial properties, we have 8′ x 4′ design for signs available.

 

Designs for everything

We made designs for everything, so you don’t have to. With flyer designs, business card designs, and many more being made every day you’ll never need to design something from scratch. Don’t think we have a design for something? Just ask! Chances are that we have made it before and we can help you make it.

Besides providing our agents with numerous technologoical tools for success, Ambiance Realty is among the minority of brokerages that provides agents with a well-furnished office located in a safe office park in the middle of the metroplex. Though all work can be done from home, sometimes an agent needs a conveinent place to check their email, meet some clients, make a phone call, or send a fax. The thing that differentiates us from the rest of the brokerages with offices is that we provide it at our low, capped flat-rate commissions.
